Stake.us stopped offering games to Oklahoma players on October 30, 2026, ahead of the state's dual-currency sweepstakes ban (SB 1589) taking full effect November 1. Existing Oklahoma accounts can still redeem outstanding Sweeps Coins, per reporting we haven't independently verified beyond the trade coverage cited in our full coverage of the Oklahoma exits. We've added Oklahoma to the restricted-states list below.
On August 19, 2026, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier sued Stake — along with VGW (Chumba, LuckyLand, Global Poker) in a separate complaint — alleging its dual-currency sweepstakes model amounts to unlicensed real-money gambling. The suit seeks injunctions, forfeiture of winnings, and civil penalties; nothing has been decided by a court. Stake.us remained available in Florida as of late October 2026 despite the Florida Attorney General's August 19, 2026 lawsuit (still pending) — check current terms. Full breakdown in our coverage of the lawsuit. We'll update this notice as the case develops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does Stake.us require 21+ instead of 18+?
Stake.us has chosen a 21+ age policy — a conservative approach given their global brand's connection to real-money gambling. Most sweepstakes casinos allow 18+, but Stake.us applies a higher standard. Check your state's requirements as some states have additional restrictions.
How does the daily SC bonus work?
Every day you log in to Stake.us, you receive 1 SC + 10,000 Gold Coins. Some sources describe the new-player daily rewards as a rolling 30-day cycle — check the current promo terms. Treat it as a daily 1 SC + 10,000 GC reward every 24 hours rather than a guaranteed lifetime perk.
What are Stake Originals?
Stake Originals are proprietary games developed exclusively by Stake.us. They include unique formats like Crash, Dice, Limbo, Mines, and more — games you won't find at any other sweepstakes casino. They typically have some of the best published RTPs available.
Can I bet on sports with Sweeps Coins at Stake.us?
Yes — Stake.us includes a fully integrated sportsbook where you can place sports bets using Sweeps Coins. It covers all major US sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL), international soccer, and more. Winnings are in SC and can be redeemed for cash prizes.
